SNIPPETS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Copyright (c) 2026 Halil Bagosi. All rights reserved. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Halil Bagosi ("I", "me"), the author of Snippets ("the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. 1. LICENCE The App is provided free of charge. I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on any number of Mac computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes, including at work. 2. RESTRICTIONS You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits it: a. copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or host the App for others, or bundle it with other software; b. modify, translate or create derivative works of the App; c. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App; d. remove or alter any copyright, trademark or licence notice in the App; e. use the Snippets name or icon to identify any other product. Sharing a link to the official download page is always allowed. 3. YOUR CODE AND CONTENT Snippets stores, runs and previews code and files that you provide. You are solely responsible for that code and content, for what it does when it runs on your computer, and for having the rights to use it. Your snippets belong to you; I claim no ownership of them. 4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS AND PACKAGES The App includes open-source components that are licensed to you under their own licences, listed in Help > Third-Party Notices. Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under those licences. Packages that a preview loads from the internet at your request (for example from esm.sh) are not part of the App. They are provided by third parties under their own licences and terms, and I am not responsible for them or for their availability. 5. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY I may update, change or stop providing the App at any time, without notice. I am not obliged to provide support, updates or fixes. 6. PRIVACY How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://snippets.halilbagosi.com/privacy/ 7. NO WARRANTY THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. BACK UP ANYTHING YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived. 9. TERMINATION This Agreement applies until it is terminated. Your rights under it end automatically if you breach it. You may end it at any time by deleting the App. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination. 10. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Albania, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there. 11. GENERAL If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and me about the App. I may revise it; the version included with each release of the App applies to that release.
